What happens after sending?

  • Notes wait for the next revision of the list.
  • Each note is then checked against the page of the club, school, parish or organiser; where the page bears it out, the entry changes and the update log records it.
  • A note that no page supports leaves the entry as it is.
  • Replies go out only to notes that ask for one and leave a contact.
